About Me

I’m Bethany Paton — a qualified Clinical Nutritionist, mum of two, business owner, and someone who genuinely loves life in all its fullness. I thrive on the beautiful chaos of a busy life and am always up for a challenge or a new adventure — there’s rarely a dull moment. I grew up in rural Victoria as one of four children, before moving with my family to the stunning Whitsundays at age 10. That blend of farm life, ocean air and rainforest has shaped who I am — I feel most at home in nature, surrounded by animals, plants, and the simple act of nurturing and caring for living things.

I completed my Clinical Nutrition studies through Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2018, and since then have built a career and business centred around helping others feel their best. Alongside my clinic, I also co-created Healthy Haven, our local health food store and café — a true reflection of my passion for community, food, and wellness. I have a deep love of learning and am always expanding my knowledge. Nutrigenomics and genetic testing, in particular, have become a strong focus of my work, allowing me to dive deeper into complex cases and uncover answers where others may not have.

Beyond my clinical work, I have a deep appreciation for plant medicine and the powerful role it can play in supporting health and healing. I’m committed to continuing to grow and refine my skill set throughout my career, always seeking to learn more and better support those I work with.

 

If I had one superpower, it would be the ability to be anywhere at any time — to wake up and spend the day in the snow, the ocean, or the rainforest with the click of my fingers. That sense of freedom, connection, and curiosity is something I bring into both my life and my work.
